Servinomy.eu was launched on June 14, 2026.

Servinomy. The name and the slogan are inspired by the philosophy of the bistronomy movement in the 90s. Radical simplicity. Inclusivity. Human values at the centre. I am strongly convinced that the service management sector needs the same movement. Therefore, 'Simply Engage People' is my compass for simplifying and humanising service management.

Just as bistronomy liberated haute cuisine back in the day, Servinomy liberate service management from unnecessary ballast. Servinomy does not exist to bash the industry. Instead, we want to hold up a gentle, positive mirror. By looking at our daily challenges through a fresh lens, we can transform them into massive opportunities to bring joy, pride, and purpose back to the workplace.

I, Patrick Belmans, am the founder of Servinomy. As a passionate service management professional and enthusiast, a lot of knowledge and experience is gathered thrue the years. For a long time, I was part of the critical yet constructive silent minority as I expanded and tested my expertise and beliefs on real-world projects and assignments.

Launching Servinomy is my contribution to service management. Now is the time to step out of the shadows and publish my passion for service management.

The future will tell whether Servinomy is here to stay. It's better to be a contributor than a mere critic.
